Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In this post, I take everyone to see the temple again. This temple is called Wat Rat Pradit. This trip, I traveled with my wife in June. And used an old smartphone to take photos. So I forgot to share this temple with everyone. And I just found these photos when I was looking at an old smartphone. Before I take everyone to see the atmosphere in Wat Rat Pradit. I would like to share some brief information about this temple.

Wat Rat Pradit is a common monastery of rural village communities. This temple is a temple that was recently built. The age of the temple is approximately 38 years. Wat Rat Pradit received permission to establish itself as a temple on June 19, 1986. And the temple received royal granting of the land to a particular temple by announcing in royal decree on 22 January 2007 or 17 years ago.

There is a temple sign (sign made of wood) on the roadside (highway 107). But this temple is on a rural road in Chiang Dao Subdistrict, Chiang Dao District.

Before reaching the temple, we admired the view and atmosphere of villages, farms and nature on the rural road. These are some of the views and atmospheres that I was able to take photos.

When we arrived at the temple. There is another temple sign. But this temple sign is made of plastered bricks and cement. And beautifully decorated.

There is a gold color pagoda and a pavilion next to the pagoda. And there are the monks' living quarters too.

Additionally, there is a small pavilion. Inside the pavilion is a buddha image in the attitude of subduing mara. This buddha image is different from any Buddha statue I have ever seen.

When we walked up the hill. There is an entrance arch. The entrance arch is made of wood, built in the Lanna style. And there are two white lion statues on the pillars between the entrance arch.

The temple area on the hill have a buddha image hall (viharn), a ordination hall (ubosot), a pagoda and a large white buddha image.

The buddha image hall (viharn) of this temple looks new and beautiful. The buddha image hall (viharn) is built in Lanna style (traditional northern art). The front of the temple is decorated with white stucco designs and oil paintings. There are two small serpent statues on the railing of the entrance stairs.

Behind the buddha image hall (viharn) is a gold color pagoda. Another pagoda of the temple. This pagoda is larger than the pagoda below.

Beside the pagoda and the buddha image hall (viharn) is a large white buddha image. This buddha image is a reclining buddha image. There is a small bell in front of this reclining buddha image too.

Beside the reclining buddha image is an ordination hall (ubosot). Although this temple was recently built, the ordination hall (ubosot) looks old but classic. The ordination hall (ubosot) is built in Lanna style. The stucco decoration pattern is different from that of the buddha image hall (viharn). Looks unique and original Lanna.

Other atmosphere in the temple. Most of the area of the temple on the hill is lawn. There is the small buddha images, small pavilion and the small replica of a pagoda.

These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to see and enjoy my stories and photos. Please forgive any errors/mistakes. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗
