Russian forces reportedly executed Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) in the Kursk region after surrounding them. This information was confirmed by Ukraine’s Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets.

Execution in Donetsk Region
The Donetsk Prosecutor's Office reported another case of Ukrainian POWs being murdered. On November 10, 2024, in the Novodmytrivka area of the Pokrovsk district, Russian forces captured two Ukrainian soldiers during an assault on fortified positions.
The captives were forced to strip naked and were marched through a forest line before being executed. There are also reports of three more wounded Ukrainian defenders being killed at the same position.
