¡Hola, amigos de Lifestyle! 😄 ¿Qué tal marcha su semana? Estuvimos de paseo con un grupo de compañeros por la ciudad de Vigo. Llegamos hasta la zona de Chapela. No les voy a mentir, hubo demasiado solo y poca sombra para mi gusto, pero siempre es necesario salir a mover el cuerpo y darle ese cariñito que nuestra salud necesita. La pasamos muy bien, jugamos juegos de mesa, paseamos con las mascotas y compartimos bocadillos en el almuerzo. Espero que el resto de su semana sea maravillosa y tengan lindas oportunidades ¡Nos vemos!
Hello, Lifestyle friends! 😄 How is your week going? We were out for a walk with a group of colleagues through the city of Vigo. We arrived at the Chapela area. I'm not going to lie to you, there was too much aloneness and little shade for my taste, but it is always necessary to go out and move your body and give it that little love that our health needs.
