In April, it's springtime, and many places have what we call spring break. Early in April, we have a long holiday here that combines Children's Day and Tomb Sweeping Day, giving us a nice extended break. Lots of folks opt for traveling during this blooming season. Many of my friends have chosen to go abroad because domestic travel has become too expensive. Whether it's accommodation or transportation costs, everything has shot up since before the pandemic, while our salaries haven't seen any increase. Going abroad for a trip turns out to be a more affordable, reasonable, and smart choice.
For this Power Up event, I'm planning to power up 100 Hive. Compared to a few months back, the price of $Hive is now around $0.4 or above, which seems to have attracted more newcomers to this platform. That's a good thing; it means more people are getting to know about Hive. However, there are also more low-quality posts popping up, some generated by AI, others plagiarized. As for maintaining fairness on the platform and preventing abuse, all I can do is observe; I'm not sure how to improve the situation. I just hope someone can utilize open-source AI tools to tackle these issues.
