¡Hola amigos! de la comunidad de maternidad, es un placer estar nuevamente con ustedes, compartiendo nuestra vida de madres y todo ese proceso que se envuelve en esto, para mi es importante la evolución, crecimiento y madurez de mi hijo, en esta oportunidad les hablare de lo que fue la primera caída del diente de mi hijo Gael, el cual fue el día 19 de febrero de este año 2024, así que les contaré como fue y lo que hice para que todo fuera bien para ambos, espero les guste.
Hace un tiempo una persona me comento que sus hijos ya habían mudado los dientes y que para cuando lo iba hacer mi hijo, pero sinceramente no se a ciencia cierta cuando eso pasara, pero no le di importancia ya que cada niño va a su ritmo, mi hijo tiene 6 años y no fue hasta hace 1 mes cuando me dijo que le dolía un diente, a lo cual lo mire, pero nunca pensé que era eso, así que en la noche al verificar bien e di cuenta que estaba flojo como a un 60%, así que le fui indicando lo que debía hacer para su pronta salida. Los dientes son muy importante para el ser humano, con ellos podemos comer, sonreír y muchas cosas, pero es necesario que los niños en edades de 5 a 7 años empiecen a mudar ya que le salga los permanentes o los de huesos, en algunos casos se hace algo complicado a una temprana edad, pero dicen que mientras mas tarde mucho mejor. En la vida de mi hijo he sabido tener una buena higiene bucal, de hecho en la escuela le hicieron revisión en diciembre y no tenia ni caries ni nada malo, solo le pusieron una crema en sus dientes, que por los momentos no recuerdo su nombre, pero del resto estaba bien, así que sus dientes a decir verdad estaban sanos, a pesar que eran los de leche.CLICK HERE FOR ENGLISH VERSION
Hello friends! of the maternity community, it is a pleasure to be with you again, sharing our life as mothers and all that process that is involved in this, for me it is important the evolution, growth and maturity of my son, this time I will talk about what was the first tooth fall of my son Gael, which was on February 19 of this year 2024, so I will tell you how it was and what I did so that everything went well for both, I hope you like it.
Some time ago a person told me that his children had already molted their teeth and when my son was going to do it, but honestly I do not know for sure when that would happen, but I did not give importance because each child goes at his own pace, my son is 6 years old and it was not until 1 month ago when he told me that a tooth hurt, which I looked at it, but I never thought it was that, so at night to verify well I realized that it was loose about 60%, so I was indicating what to do for its early release.
Teeth are very important for the human being, with them we can eat, smile and many things, but it is necessary that children in ages 5 to 7 years begin to molt as it leaves the permanent or bone teeth, in some cases it is somewhat complicated at an early age, but they say that the later the better. In my son's life I have known how to have a good oral hygiene, in fact at school he was checked in December and he had no cavities or anything bad, they only put a cream on his teeth, which at the moment I do not remember its name, but the rest was fine, so his teeth to tell the truth were healthy, even though they were milk teeth.
para su extracción, lo primero que hice fue esperar un tiempo mas ya que lo sentía muy duro aun para extraer, así que después que pasaron muchos días, por fin este lunes pasado le dije para sacarlo, mi hijo estaba nervioso, porque no sabia si le iba a doler o no, pero trate de que el momento fuera bien, así que le hable bastante para que supiera a lo que se iba a enfrentar. En la noche del lunes tomar mis propio dedos y le puse un pañito para aguantar un poco su dolor, así pensé yo, así que decidí colocar agua salada ya que así me hacían en mis tiempo por la sangre, fue en ese momento que le die que respirara y procedí a doblar hacia afuera, pero en la primera no se pudo, así que rápidamente volví y fue cuando salió, mi hijo lloro un poquito y listo.
Después de su extracción, el se quedo un poco con la molestia, pero después de unas horas se le olvido, la sangre dejo de flui y el se sentía mejor, así que este primer diente lo tenemos bien guardado ya que mi hijo piensa que el ratón Pérez se lo llevo a su casa, así que este le dejo unas galletas y dinero en efectivo, el cual estaba muy emocionado. Para mi poder capturar sus primeros dientes fue genial, ahora imagínense poder presenciar su salida, esto ha sido un proceso largo, pero bonito, mi hijo es un niño muy valiente para estas cosas, así que ya sabe para el próximo diente como se va a comportar, porque el que tiene al lado ya esta flojo también.

The first thing I did was to wait some more time because I felt it was still too hard to extract, so after many days passed, finally this past Monday I told him to take it out, my son was nervous, because he did not know if it was going to hurt or not, but I tried to make the moment go well, so I talked to him a lot so he would know what he was going to face. On Monday night I took my own fingers and I put a small handkerchief to hold his pain a little bit, I thought so, so I decided to put salt water since that is what they used to do in my time because of the blood, it was at that moment that I told him to breathe and I proceeded to bend out, but the first time I could not, so I quickly returned and that is when he came out, my son cried a little bit and that was it, that was it.
After his extraction, he was a little upset, but after a few hours he forgot about it, the blood stopped flowing and he felt better, so this first tooth we have it well saved because my son thinks that the tooth fairy took it home, so he left him some cookies and cash, he was very excited. For me to be able to capture his first teeth was great, now imagine being able to witness his exit, this has been a long process, but nice, my son is a very brave child for these things, so he already knows for the next tooth how he is going to behave, because the one next to him is already loose too.
Para las salidas de los dientes recomiendo que traten de que sus niños estén emocionalmente bien, que les hablen muy bien de lo que les viene y se van a enfrentar, también los contras y pros de las caídas de los dientes, y muy importante hablar de la salud bucal con ellos ya que estos son permanentes, lo importante decidir muy bien de ellos. Una de las cosas que a mi hijo siempre le indico es que tratar de ir moviendo el que esta saliendo ya que esta un pco hacia adentro y quiero que le llegue a su lugar ideal, además que a mi hijo le quedo una anchura bastante grande, no se si esto quiere decir que tendrá dientes anchos, pero lo que sea, lo mejor es que se los cuide muy bien.
