Healthy meal will give us wealthy feel!

    I am always thankful to my elders knowledge and teachings that they had shared with us. Be it to remain polite or to respect or to remain calm. They have ample amount of experience for everything. Although they belongs from the orthodox time, and some of their practices or habits are beyond out of our understanding. One particular practices, that I really appreciate was to have a good meal early in the day. They belief was that we never know how our days unfolds and whether we get quality food or not during rest of the day. They always remain in favor of having a healthy diet than unhealthy food. I am thankful that they are no longer alive to see the change in human trending lifestyle, and how quickly #fastfoods have taken over the #home-cooked food.

    I always feel pity to see the fast foods taking over the charm of home made food. The craze is such that people finding it easy to organise little get together over pizzas, burger, or cakes. Yesterday I went to a homely lunch only to find they are offering pizzas and the garlic bread. It was not new to me, as I have seen the similar trend in my office days. The colleagues or staff alwsys look out for such party whenever there was any ocassion or function. Infact pizzas have becomes more of a party food. Felt sad to see such trend is taking over in small town too. Village and rural lifestyle of India, alwsys relied on good food. In whatever way they get, they alwsys liked own cooked. Be it yellow rice, or any simple form.

    Home cooked vs Fast food.

    Home cooked food is generally healthier than fast food because it allows us to control the ingredients and nutritional value of our meals. Fast food often contains high amounts of salt, sugar, unhealthy oils, saturated fat, and calories. When you cook at home, you can use fresh, natural ingredients, and you can substitute unhealthy ingredients with healthier options like organic ingredients, lower sodium alternatives, and sugar free sweeteners. You can also add more vegetables and whole grains to your diet. Also, food has emotions too, so it is important to have food cooked in happy mood than angry or bad mood. Our hooked cooked food are alwsys made with lots of love and affection tion and that's what make it far more better than fast food.

    Fast food, also known as junk food, can have negative short-term and long-term effects on your health. In the short term, fast food can: Increase inflammation, Affect blood sugar and blood pressure, Prevent you from getting enough nutrients, and Increase cholesterol

    My belly rules my mind.

    I always relied on Home-cooked food. I alwsys follow my grandfather saying to have proper meals in morning. On the other hand, whenever I goes out for party or gathering, I alwsys asked for some food at home. Untill and unless I do not have them, I never get satisfied. Taking food is not about filling up the stomach, but it also means to get proper satisfaction. There were various fast food joints in India in the form of street foods. They alwsys appears tempting and delicious. But again we never know how they cooked and in what way they are good for our body and mind. What we eat gets reflected in our mood and behaviours. And it makes important to have a good hone cooked food.

    To avoid eating out on fast foods during any work schedule, I alwsys prefer to have some fruits or juices than eating out on pizzas or burgers. And one of the most easiest meal to be available and I like most is curd rice. Rice is common food at many places and curds are easily available. So I prefer them over any fast foods. They atleast keep me energetic and going rather than making me lazy and bulky. There are many alternatives available to fast food. It is upto us to avoid being carried away through looks and aroma.
