Welcome to my blog and another wonderful edition of the Hive Learners' featured post. If there is one principle I live by, it's the principle that multiple streams of income help you attain financial stability. For that reason, I learned to multitask. I can do a lot of things as long as they fetch me a little token I can use to support myself, especially when I am in school. In school, I see some students who are completely dependent on their parents and don't do anything for themselves, as they are okay to call home for every little need.

I am not built like that. Even my parents complain sometimes about why I try to sort things out on my own when they are the ones that sent me to school, but the truth is, I am not comfortable asking anyone for money or help, not even my parents, before I call home or anyone to ask for help. Just know that I have done all I could but could not get my problem solved, and I was forced to. Since I don't like the idea of being completely dependent, I do a few things to support myself when I am in school or at home.
Currently I am at home. Way back in 2020, I worked with a sachet water producing company, and it served as a gateway to the heart of the manager. When I was about to leave, he told me that whenever I was around and needed some funds to go back to school with, I could come work with them. So as I am at home now, I work with the same company. Those days, I delivered water to those who needed it, but now I work inside the company and am in charge of the production line. Monitoring this production line might be stressful for me, but I still prefer it to going out for deliveries. I have pictured myself under this scorching sun, and I realized it's better to monitor the production line.
My role is to check the sumo and flush it when needed. The water goes from the sumo to our reserve tanks, and from the reserve tanks it passes through a device called Acuva's arrow, which helps to purify the water by removing harmful substances such as rust, dirt, and chlorine, as well as helping to improve the taste of the water. From the arrow, it goes straight to the production tank. It is these tanks that are connected to the machine that seals the water. It is not easy to monitor the water from the starting point down to the last point, which is the sealing part. You have to make sure all the machines are working perfectly, for a little mistake can affect the taste of the water, especially when it is passing through the arrow.
But whenever I am in school, I do paintings; I paint rooms for fellow students, and with that, I have to multitask. Sometimes I am forced to choose between going to classes or getting a job done. Multitasking can be stressful too, but I knew that before I signed up to do it. Painting rooms can be tricky too. I painted a room once, and it was the worst I ever did. The walls were not straight, more like the engineers used the room to perfect their craft. Adding offline jobs to online jobs is not easy; sometimes, after all the offline jobs, you find it hard to do the online jobs, and you just have to force yourself.
