Wake up and rise above!

I'm not a morning person (well, not usually).

As a child, I often fell asleep more than once, and my mom would have to drag me out of bed to get me to school on time.

I had a hard time with the change right away. I knew what I had to do, whether I had to act or set up a framework:

I had to learn how to be a happy early bird.

By the way, it worked, and for the past 20 years, I've started most mornings with a 5 am alarm.

I can't think of anything unique right now and wouldn't change anything. I can officially say that I've become an annoying person who wakes up early and seems eager to be awake.

I am sure that the early morning hours have the most beautiful scenery:

No texts or messages are coming in.

    No notifications about social media.

Whether you can plan your day however you want or have a regular job that requires you to be at work from 9 to 5, everyone should try an early morning routine to see how it works for them.

To change from an evening person to a happy early bird, I have used the following five effective techniques:

Every night, I spend fifteen minutes preparing for my first center task in the morning.

This is especially important if you don't get up early because any noise in the morning will ruin your experience. Fifteen minutes at night cuts down on the rubbing in the morning, so you can quickly get into a stream.

Writing things down takes the stress out of my mind and lets me soon fall asleep.

Move Your alarm for the morning.

The first thing that stands in your way of becoming a morning sunshine is pressing the rest button.

Place your morning timer (I use my phone) in a room or area close by, about 10 feet from your bed.

It forces you to get up and turn it off when it goes off. There is a much smaller chance that you will fall asleep if you need to get up right now.

You've forced the mind to rest on a conscious choice.

If you turn down the sound just right, you'll hear it (because you're subconsciously tuned in for it).

If you want to be positive in the morning, you should immediately have things you're excited about.

Plan your first few hours of the day to include at least one activity that gives you energy.

It could go to the recreation center, work on a side job, or focus on an exciting creative project.

Having something to look forward to is an excellent way to boost your energy, no matter how natural it may be.

Even though this may seem like a no-brainer, it wouldn't feel right to ignore the most critical (but somehow overlooked) way to become a happy early bird:

Getting up and going is hard, but you'll win if you can develop the drive. You might not be able to see it yet, but the focus you're building will pay off.

Now is your chance to try it: wake up and rise above!
