Crazy adventures of people who live in a city where strange things happen all the time and where everybody have secrets.
This show tries to reproduce style of "Baccano" and it also have nearly-all-knowing information broker with his own agenda.
Entertaining in the beginning, this show with colourful characters gets worse as it goes. Erratic intertwining story is not well written and it comes with some absurd nonsense like Dullahan who lost her head yet acting almost no different from human. Story have some dark, supernatural and psychopathic traits but tries to maintain positive vibe with decent amount of humour.
