    Today is day 69 of my #seven77 regimen. Nice...

    I was in the office for the morning, and spent a good chunk of it standing and walking around my cube.

    After l finished up my shift, I went home over my lunch break. Spent a little bit of time with my daughter before meetings all afternoon. And then I got some cleaning done before I streamed tonight!
