Introduction
Last week, I shared some good news for new players for the social media challenge. Today, I want to talk about the next conflict airdrop Kei. I also want to share my results from the first airdrop!
Results From First Conflict Airdrop
From the first airdrop, I was only able to get one standard foil. I even paid the vouchers to double the chance for gold foil but it wasn't enough.
Plans For Second Airdrop
For those that don't know, this second airdrop now needs 250 chances each to get 1 guaranteed. The previous one was 200 so I had to buy one more wagon and add about 1800ish contribution points per hour. After doing the math, this was enough to hit the 250 chances mark by the end of this conflict. I don't think I have plans at the moment for increasing this as I would need to double the contribution per hour to get 2 guaranteed and that's just too expensive for me at the moment.
Thoughts on Kei And Strategy
Looking at Kei's abilities, I feel it seems super strong for 6 mana. I like how it has 4 damage so it doesn't get affected by forcefield. It has crazy speed and even has ambush so it can attack once before the fight even starts. I like how it has reach. I think the crazy part is that it has true aim so it can't miss at all. The coolest part about it is the new ability it has called hamstring. From what I heard, hamstring will reduce by 1 the melee attack of a unit that Kei hits. This will be huge since Kei will most likely be attacking a melee unit most of the time in the front line. This card will most likely be a staple in the Rebellion set. I feel like it will hold a price range of 15-20 dollars after being released.
I can see this unit synergizing with Akane. In a team with Akane, that would be a team with 3 ambush units. Imagine a chaos dragon hitting 4 magic damage blast before fight starts and some other card and Kei. That would be insane. This card could also go well with grimbardun smith and lily shieldpaw or a team with Quix. I guess the downside is that this is a dragon unit so you need to have dragon element available to play it.
