My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2024

    Fitness is very important for all of us and it is always recommended to do at least 10,000 steps but even if it is not then also at least we should do something or whatever is possible because sitting at home and doing nothing is not at all a good idea. Now I am trying to stay active as much as I can and even if the count is low then also I do some walking in the fitness activities to make sure that there is no gap on my fitness activities.
