    new.things just finished a 3.09km run, that lasted for 30 minutes.
    This run helped new.things burn 248.0 calories.

    15 minutes on the wind trainer to warm up and 15 minutes warm down.

    This heart rate control zone 2 running is hard to get right, but at least the hive social media crypto price is looking pretty good.
