Method of cooking Kachur Mukhi

    Recipes for cooking in small portions
    We all like to eat rice with lots of mukhi at least once a year, especially those who live in villages, because it is very fun to eat when it is cooked with tilapia fish or hilsa fish.

    Today I am here with you a recipe to cook Kachur Mukhi. First of all I took tilapia fish and left it there for a while after applying salt and pepper and then I put the pot in the oven and heated the oil nicely in it and fried the fish.

    The next thing I did was pre-cut the kachur mukhi and soaked it in water because you have to wash it very carefully while washing the kachur face.

    When the water drains, I add spices like onion, green chillies, cumin powder, turmeric powder and a small amount of chilli powder in the oil. When everything is given, I grind the masala well.

    For about half an hour, I grated the kachur mukhi well with the masala, it makes it much more fun to eat.

    Once grated I added a small amount of water to make enough broth and when I covered and the kachurmukhi was cooked I added the tilapia fish. I waited for five minutes and then I took the curry out of the oven in a mouthful, the smell that was coming after cooking was what made my stomach full.
