Hamilton Lane, a fund investment firm that has almost a trillion dollars of assets in private companies under management, has teamed up with Republic, known for crowd funding.

By this joint venture, small investors will be able to invest in private companies without having to invest huge sums as this was now reserved for the lucky few. This market is worth 13 trillion dollars as there are more private companies than there are public ones.

Tokenisation of these assets will bring high returns to the small investor. It’s as if a huge IPO gets dropped on the private company market.

And what a win for the crypto community this is!
