How was the day everyone. My day was start with making a new juice. I will though to make guava leaf juice. In my house there a guava tree. I will take many leaf from guava tree. Start to make guava leaf juice. Hope this juice taste was good. Becuase first time i will make guava leaf juice.
Guava leaf juice
Ingredients
1.Guava leaf
2.green pepper
3.Ginger
4.Sugar
5.Honey
How many Amount of ingredients
All ingredients are here. There are have many guava leaf but i,m take 10 or 12 leaf to make this juice, 1 tbsp sugar,slice ginger piece, 1 tbsp honey, 1 green pepper.
step -1
I will pluck the leaves from the branches. Take 12 guava leaf in blender.I will pour 1 green pepper in blender.
Step -2
I will also pour 1 tbsp honey and 1 slice of ginger in blender.
Step -3
Last i will pour 1 tbsp sugar in the blender. Then pour 1 glass of water in blender. Last all now i will blend all ingredients.
Step -4
I will Blend guava leaf and make guava leaf juice. Lot of benifit in guava leaf. Especially for gastric.
decoration
I will pour all guava leaf juice from blender in a simple glass. I will also decorated the glass a small ginger slice and lot of guava leaf.
Taste
Guava leaf taste waa good from other leaf but to make it tasty i will give sugar,honey,ginger,green pepper. So taste was better.
Next i will come with a new flavour of juice. Good bye all.
