Let's take a look at the Kuala Lumpur public library

Hay..hay see you again with me now. My short trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, turned out to leave many memories and sweet moments for me. It's not only a memory but also documentation in several places that I deliberately took to share with my friends in the PEAKD community. I'm sure everything has its own story and uniqueness too. And of the many places I have visited so far, I want to share my interesting visit to the Kuala Lumpur Library. I have visited this country several times for holidays, but it was only on this holiday that I stepped foot into this country's public library.

The place is very unique. In the front yard of the building there is what looks like half a globe made with small blue ceramics in light blue and navy blue. Then the ball is placed in the middle of the pool which has a fountain, but the fountain is not alive so it is just like a ball floating in the pool. In the middle of the circle there is a slogan about the importance of science and world organizations.

Apart from the circle, there is also a monument which I feel is like holding a hand. This monument is made entirely of light steel and all funds for its construction were sponsored by Wold Peak Capital in 2020. This means that this monument has been standing for five years. And this monument and the globe can also be used as a very interesting photo spot and this is very cool. So the library whose image is a building like a ghost house or an unattractive building is broken by the design in the Malaysian State Public Library. This place is really comfortable and modern so there is no stiff impression here.

The main design of the Kuala Lumpur public library building is also concave in shape and on top of the building there is an inscription Kuala Lumpur Library too. At the front of the building, the design is made of glass on the inner layer, then protected by arch-shaped walls so that when photographed from a distance, the building looks like a Gothic window. On the curved walls and painted in ivory color, I can see lines on all parts of the wall which I call Stripes. And this succeeded in influencing the main appearance of the building to be much more dynamic and less stiff, even though the color choice was very soft and it actually radiated an aura of luxury in the building.

Added to this are the buildings on the right and left sides and these buildings are very similar to the classic buildings in this country that I have previously visited. I saw that almost all of these classic buildings were like buildings from the 19th and 20th centuries which had a Spanish feel which had also been married with Malay culture in Malaysia. I really like the domes on top of the buildings on the right and left, plus layers of brick walls that have been varnished and look shiny, then around them there are modified Gotcha windows that look much more modern so that from any angle we can see the design of this building as a mixture of modern and classic elements. It's really very cool.

If you visit Kuala Lumpur and it's not a holiday, come to this library and enter the building to see what's inside. However, because I came there on Sunday, the library was not open. Don't forget it. This library is located close to China Town Kuala Lumpur, you just have to walk from there to this library. Greetings from maytom, Indonesia. Always healthy for all of you.
