Today is day 28 of my #seven77 regimen. Four weeks straight, woohoo! I'm still slowing down my pushups, and I'm even adding a little extra dip to my ankles to stretch out my calves at the same time!
I worked from home today, for twelve whole hours. It was pretty dead, so I was able to get my kids to help me clean up the house. Running toddlers up and down the stairs is a lot of hard work, let me tell ya!
I'm doing it again tomorrow, so I've got my work cut out for me. Good night!
