Today was mostly about long walks. I had to go to the city to do an errand that I scheduled myself to do 2 days ago. It’s a good thing that I remembered it otherwise it will be dragged after the weekend which is not very good for myself because I will have more things to do on this coming week.
Even though I’m already from a whole day if work, I feel eager to go to the gym and try to get back to my usual work out routine.
I managed to do 80 counts of sit-ups, 60 counts of mountain climbing, 40 counts of 10KG dumbbells, and 30 counts of push ups.
As if I still have energy left, I challenge myself to go for a 10-minute jogging. Now I feel tired, I need to get a good sleep.
