I decided to go for it because we use Vaseline alot in my house and From the way things are becoming more expensive in the market now we need to have enough of the Vaseline at home so as not to run out of it. For a while now we have not made our Vaseline instead we buy from the market but because we use it alot we need to make it ourselves. Let's move to the recipe and how to prepare it.
Steps to making your Vaseline:
Recipe
- Candle wax
- petroleum jelly
- share butter
- paraffin oil
- Perfume ( banana flavor)
- vitamin e ( optional)
Process of making the Vaseline.
- get a clean pot
- put it on your stove or gas cooker. The fire must not be much.
- put the candle wax and allow to melt
- add the petroleum jelly and also allow to melt
- add share butter and allow to melt.
- add the paraffin oil and stir for a minute
- bring it down and allow it to get a little bit cold for about ten minutes.
- add the banana flavor perfume
- add the vitamin e
- allow it to get cold. Not too cold. The type the will still be warm.
- pour into the container. Allow to get cold completely and start using immediately.
