En nuestro pidgin local o más bien en inglés entrecortado en mi país hay un dicho popular TIME NA MONEY que significa que el tiempo es dinero, aunque muy pocos realmente lo entendieron, en nuestro contexto empresarial o laboral, como en el mundo occidental, era tu tiempo, digamos, trabajar. Las horas son en realidad la cantidad de dinero que usted gana, por lo que para ellos es un módulo de trabajo según lo que gana; en otras palabras, que le paguen por hora es un motivo muy fuerte para que uno comprenda la verdadera esencia del tiempo, especialmente en el mundo de los negocios, donde cada los segundos, los minutos y las horas son tan valiosos que se toman muy en serio, no hay tiempo para una actitud lacadascada o de ocio para trabajar, si la tarea que se supone que debes hacer no se cubre en un tiempo específico, se considera que has perdido tiempo y así es tu dinero....
Realmente tampoco entendí esto porque todos estamos acostumbrados al sistema de pago mensual, no hasta que todo empezó a tener sentido para mí, como emprendedor que intenta incursionar en este campo, trabajando con varios restaurantes como pastelero, Con el motivo principal de ampliar mis habilidades y exponerme a una amplia gama de recetas en el curso, adquiero suficiente conocimiento y experiencia sobre el mundo de los negocios, estableciendo y administrando un negocio fluido y amigable para el cliente, me he dado cuenta de la importancia real del tiempo. ..
Una de las experiencias que tengo es administrar el tiempo con prudencia para maximizar la producción. Trabajar con la panadería TINARIES, un nombre muy conocido en la ciudad donde viví, me ha abierto a muchas experiencias, aquí el tiempo es esencial, desde el principio. De horas de trabajo hasta el final del día en cada departamento, todo el personal está comprometido de manera constante y constante para maximizar la producción, si lo encuentran vagando sin hacer algo, eso es una ofensa grave, porque está perdiendo el tiempo.
Un día estaba haciendo otra cosa y mis productos no estaban listos en ese momento, fue entonces cuando mi EMD me llamó a la oficina y comenzó a enumerarme el costo por hora de funcionamiento de la empresa, que es una cantidad muy grande, todas las facturas que debe estar cubierto y para poder obtener ganancias y permanecer en el negocio cada costo por hora debe compensarse con las ventas de ganancias por hora, por lo que no hay un minuto para bromear o jugar, reírse, eso solo se puede hacer cuando haya terminado tu trabajo o tu turno ha terminado.
Veo a mucha gente aquí con una actitud muy lacadascada hacia los negocios, tal vez creen que cuando vengan todavía podrán hacer ventas, hay un joven que acaba de abrir un centro de recarga de gas para cocina en casa cerca de mí, estaba emocionado. Que no tendré que recorrer una gran distancia solo para recargar mi gasolina, así que hubo un día en que salí a llenar un hueco justo al lado de mi complejo solo para decepcionarme, este tipo no estaba allí, su tienda estaba cerrada. Durante días, no solo él, muchas otras personas aquí se comportan de la misma manera, es como una cosa predominante, entonces le estaba diciendo a un amigo mío, no puedo quedarme aquí para establecer mi negocio, porque la gente de aquí literalmente puede matar. Tu sueño y dejarte varado.
Soy un firme defensor de #Beentreprenur, hacer negocios y ser diligente en ello, estar ahí, ser consistente, ser firme, estar disponible, así es como lo logras, sé serio en lo que sea que estés haciendo, sé celoso con el curso,
Hay tiempo para todo bajo el sol, así que comprenda esto y establezca sus prioridades correctamente. Si pierde alguna de estas dos, seguramente habrá confusión y seguramente no habrá progreso ni ningún impacto positivo.
In our Local pidgin or rather broken English in my country there's a popular saying TIME NA MONEY which means time is money, altho very few truly understood these, in our business or work context like in the western World were Your Time, say working Hours is actually the amount of money you earn so it's a Work-As-You Earn modules for them, in other words been paid hourly is a very strong motives for one to understand the true essence of time especially in the business world, were every second, minutes, and hour is so precious it's taken very seriously no time for lacadastical or leisure-fare attitude to work, if the task you're suppose to do is not covered in a specified time it's taken that you have lost time and so is your money....
I didn't really understand this either cause we're all used to monthly system of payment, not untill it all began to make sense to me, As an entrepreneur trying to venture to these field, working with several eatery as a pastry chef, with a primary motives to widen my skill and be expose to a wide range of recipes in the course, gathers enough knowledge and experience about the world of business, setting up and running a smooth customer friendly business, I have realise the actual importance of Time..
One of the experiences i have is to actually manage time judiciously to maximise output, working with TINARIES bakery a household name in the city were I lived has actually opened me up to a lot of experiences, here Time is of the essence, from the start of working hours to the close of day every department, all staffs are steadily and constantly engage to maximise output, if you're found gallivanting not doing something, that's a serious offense, cause it's taken you're wasting time.
One Day I was doing something else and my products wasn't ready by the time, that's when my EMD called me to the office and began to list to me the Hourly cost of running the company which is very huge amount, all the bills that must be covered and to be able to make profit and remain in business every hourly cost must be offset by hourly profit sales, and so there's no one minute for joke or play, laughing around, that can only be done when you're through with your work or your shift is over.
I see a lot of people here with a very lacadastical attitude towards business, maybe they believe that when ever they come around they can still make sales, there's a young man who just open a home refilling cooking gas centre close to me, I was excited that I won't have to go far distance just to refill my gas, so there was this day I went out holing to refill just besides my compound only for me to be disappointed, these guy wasn't there, his shop was lock down for days, not just him a lot of other people here behave the same way, it's like a predominant thing, so I was telling a friend of mine, I can't stay here to establish my business, cause the people here can literally kill your dream and leave you stranded.
I'm a strong advocate of #Beentreprenur, doing business and been diligent about it, be there, be consistent, be steadfast, be available, that's how you make it through, be serious about whatever you're doing, be zealous towards the course,
There's Time for everything under the sun, so understood this, and set your priorities right, if you misplace any of these two then there's bound to be confusion and surely there won't be progress or any positive impact whatsoever
