Hello to all my Hivers friends from @skinbodycare. It is a pleasure to greet you this weekend hoping it will be of much happiness and pleasure for you. I want to share on this occasion a pleasant experience in the care of my hair and nails.
I tell you that my children made a reservation in a beauty salon, as a gift for my birthday; in order to make me a little care to my hair and nails; both hands and feet. A gift that I enjoyed and appreciated enormously for all that the gesture and the attention to these important, visible and neglected parts of my body represents.

It had been a long time, I really don't know how long, since I had been to a place with professionals specialized in cleaning, for example, the cuticles of the fingernails and toenails. It is incredible the attention received and how much fun I had that day. From the moment I arrived, they were waiting for me and I was welcomed with a delicious tea.
I tell you that my daughter-in-law was with me in the salon, with the hair dye that I usually use. The color, brand and without ammonia, specifications that she noted and was waiting to buy it. The stylist was very friendly and cordial and began by following the protocol to paint the hair. Once the hair color was applied, I sat on the table for the manicure and pedicure.

The procedure, equipment, instruments and products used for nail cleaning were totally different from what I knew. Imagine how technology has advanced. The careful and delicate way of treating the feet fascinated me. Emphasizing that the cutting of the nails, cleaning of dead skin cells on the heels and the skin of the foot, are aspects that go beyond external beauty. It is necessary to perform this care more frequently in order to maintain and prevent future discomfort with our nails.
I loved the application of special creams on the hands and feet at each step of the cleansing process. I emphasized that we should moisturize with creams according to our skin type without neglecting our hands and feet, including our nails. Finally, I chose a semi-permanent pink polish that required going through an ultraviolet light booth. The result was a beautiful job.

Regarding the hair, they removed my hair in due time. I appreciated the delicacy of washing, cutting and drying my hair as I have a sensitive scalp. I felt renewed and happy for this gift that goes beyond personal appearance. It has to do with overall health. Skin, hair and nails being a reflection of who we are and a sign of our healthy or unhealthy conditions.

Hola a todos mis amigos Hivers de @skinbodycare. Es un placer saludarlos este fin de semana esperando sea de mucha felicidad y agrado para ustedes. Quiero compartir en esta ocasión una grata experiencia en el cuidado de mi cabello y uñas.
Les cuento que mis hijos hicieron una reservación en un salón de belleza, como regalo de mi cumpleaños; a fin de que me hicieran un cariñito al cabello y uñas; tanto de las manos como los pies. Regalo que disfruté y agradeci enormemente por todo lo que representa el gesto y la atención a estas partes de mi cuerpo que son importantes, visibles y que estaban descuidadas.

Desde hacía mucho tiempo, la verdad que no se cuanto, no asistía a un sitio con profesionales especializados en la limpieza como por ejemplo de la cutícula de uñas de las manos y pies. Es increíble la atención recibida y lo bien que la pasé ese día. Desde el momento que llegué, me estaban esperando y fuí recibida con un te delicioso.
Les cuento que mi nuera estaba conmigo en el salón, con el tinte para el cabello que usualmente uso. El color, marca y sin amoniaco, especificaciones que ella anotó y estuvo pendiente para comprarlo. El estilista muy amable y cordial inició cumpliendo el protocolo para pintar el cabello. Una vez colocado el tinte, me senté en la mesa para la manicura y pedicura.

El procedimiento, equipos, instrumentos y productos empleados para la limpieza de la uñas fueron totalmente diferentes a los que conocía. Imagínense como la tecnología ha avanzado. La forma cuidadosa y delicada de tratar los pies me fascinó. Destacando que el corte de las uñas, limpieza de las células muertas de la piel en los talones y la piel del pie, son aspectos que van mas allá de la belleza exterior. Es necesario realizar estos cuidados con más frecuencia a fin de mantener y prevenir incomodidades futuras con nuestras uñas.
La aplicación de cremas especiales en la manos y pies en cada paso de la limpieza me encantó. Resaltando que debemos hidratarnos con cremas de acuerdo a nuestro tipo de piel sin descuidar las manos y pies, incluyendo igualmente a las uñas. Por último, escogí un esmalte semipermanente color rosa que requirió pasar por una cabina de luz ultravioleta. Quedando un bonito trabajo.

En relación al cabello me retiraron el tiente en su debido momento. Agradecí la delicadeza del lavado, corte del cabello y secado ya que tengo un cuero cabelludo sensible. Me sentí renovada y felíz por este regalo que va más allá de la apariencia personal. Tiene que ver con la salud en general. Siendo la piel, el cabello y uñas, un reflejo de quienes somos y una señal de nuestras condiciones saludables o no.

Debemos seguir una rutina de cuidado de la piel y de estas partes del cuerpos tan importantes y necesarias en nuestra vida.
