Esta publicación es para demostrar el proceso de aprendizaje y ejecución de uno de los ejercicios de empuje: Las flexiones.
Errores que cometí:
- No hacer un correcto calentamiento.
- Mala técnica en la ejecución del movimiento.
- Descansar muy poco entre series.
Mis lesiones en el proceso: La primera lesión fue en el codo derecho por una mala ejecución haciendo dominadas negativas, en las últimas séries bajaba de golpe y eso poco a poco fue desgastando mi codo y agraviando algo el dolor que ya sentía, fue por esto también que tuve que darle un descanso para ir recuperando esa fuerza y libertad de movilidad, ya que podría ser peor más adelante.
Paso a paso para lograr mis objetivos:
Comencé durante mi primer mes haciendo como prioridad flexiones inclinadas en una superficie que no me impuso una intensidad elevada para poder entender y aprender la correcta técnica o ejecución del ejercicio.
This post is to demonstrate the process of learning and executing one of the pushing exercises: push-ups.
Mistakes I made:
- Not doing a proper warm-up.
- Poor technique in the execution of the movement.
- Resting too little between sets.
My injuries in the process: The first injury was in the right elbow due to a bad execution doing negative pull-ups, in the last series I was going down suddenly and that little by little was wearing out my elbow and aggravating something the pain that I already felt, it was also for this reason that I had to give it a rest to be recovering that strength and freedom of mobility, since it could be worse later.
Step by step to achieve my goals:
I started during my first month doing as a priority incline push-ups on a surface that did not impose a high intensity on me in order to understand and learn the correct technique or execution of the exercise.
Luego iniciando mi segundo mes las flexiones inclinadas en barra pasaron a segundo plano y comencé con algo más desafiante, las flexiones inclinadas en caucho, las cuáles se asemejan más a mi objetivo final.
Then starting my second month the incline barbell push-ups took a back seat and I started with something more challenging, the incline rubber push-ups, which more closely resembles my ultimate goal.
En la actualidad estoy enfocándome en asimilar la técnica de la flexión con rodillas en suelo, en todo su rango de movimiento. Por ahora debo debo seguir mejorando la técnica y propiocepción de este movimiento tan exigente en este momento para mí, pero lo lograré cueste lo que cueste en el tiempo que sea necesario.
I am currently focusing on assimilating the technique of the knee flexion on the floor, in its full range of motion. For now I must continue to improve the technique and proprioception of this movement so demanding at this time for me, but I will achieve it whatever it takes in the time it takes.
