I needed to talk about this today because I feel like it went far. Chabuca is a biographical film of Ernesto Pimentel that has caused quite a bit of controversy in Peru. Since it's a biopic, I feel like I don't have as many opinions or criticisms about it since it's based on someone's real life. Mentioning that all the production work on this film seems impeccable to me and that it is on a platform like Netflix, it made me confirm that there really is quality of work there.

From a very young age, Ernesto always felt different; at a stage of early adulthood he had his first relationship with a man. A fact that changed his life, in addition to the fact that years later he entered the world of theater, first he started with children's theater during the day while at night he went to a clandestine bar to spend time with his friends, it is worth Note that they were all gay people. Mencionando que todo el trabajo de producción de esta película me parece impecable y que este en una plataforma como Netflix, me hizo confirmar que realmente sí hay calidad de trabajo ahí.
Empezando la película transportandonos en los años 80 cuando ocurren entre otras cosas la primera tragedia en la vida de Ernesto que es perder a su madre con tan solo 11 años de edad y tener que vivir el duro momento de escoger el ataúd donde ella sería puesta... Después de ahí tuvo que vivir con su abuela y su tío, haciendo lo que pueda para ganarse ka vida y descubrirse a él mismo en el camino.
Ernesto desde muy pequeño siempre se sentía diferente, en una etapa de adultez temprana tuvo su primera relación con un hombre. Un hecho que le cambio la vida, además de que años más tarde se fue introduciendo en el mundo del teatro, primero empezó con teatro infantil en el día mientras que por la noche iba a un bar clandestino a pasar el tiempo con sus amigos, cabe destacar que eran todas personas gays. Estos hechos fueron los que empezaron a forjar la personalidad de Ernesto, logrando que en el futuro se convirtiera en uno de los comediantes más querido de Perú.
