Hello to all aficionados of a healthy lifestyle!
Today, I started my day with some invigorating breathing exercises and yoga. I find that practicing these exercises before breakfast is much more comfortable for me, as it allows me to engage in full diaphragmatic breathing without any discomfort.
The rest of my day wasn't particularly active, and my smartphone counted just over 5000 steps. However, my fitness tracker displayed an impressive 15000 activity points.
Moving forward, I am committed to continuing my healthy lifestyle and documenting my journey in my posts.
