I was up early again today to get my workout under the belt before a day that would extend longer than usual given both work and personal commitments. I was able to get a full hour of walking done which got me well ahead of what I needed to be in the morning. It allowed me to catch up on some deliverables at work which was good.
The evening came and I had some events to attend which got me some more activity as I had to pace during the event. I then had a long drive with family for something which we still need to drive back from. At least I have achieved my goal for the day before heading back and going straight to bed.
