Four Easy and Effective Ways to Defeat Permanent Sadness

    Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. Sadness and Happiness both are important and special components of our life. We can't be happy or sad forever. The twist in feelings made us realize the importance of life. We are human and we can be feeling less. They are normal and temporary, affect us, and disappear at other times. It happened many times when we were extremely sad. It can be due to partial, strange, or due to rude behavior of people around us. It is a hard and most hurting time in our life when people we loved made us sad. It is natural and everyone can't keep us happy always. Sometimes, it also happens that we are sad without a reason. Sadness is not so bad but if we overwhelm these feelings ourselves and make them dominant, then our lives can be severely affected.

    Be Moderate & Don't take Overdose


    The battle with sad feelings when we are extremely hurt due to the people around us is hard but I shall try my best to share some interesting and helpful tools that can save your life from this devastating sadness.

    I experienced one life-threatening incident in the last couple of years that once paralyzed my life. Someone near to my heart broke me and it was really hard to survive at that moment. I wanted to keep myself alone, tried to cry, screamed in front of God, and wept inside by engulfing my tears. It was the dark part of my life but this painful era passed and I tackled the whole situation. From that moment in my life, I have practiced following things to balance my feelings without affecting my health.

    1. Give Time to Yourself

    If people around us are a continuous source of our sadness then we should not waste our time on them. Rather we should spend our time in meditation and yoga and feel our inner side that is most beautiful. It is the first thing to understand ourselves.

    2. Keep Yourself Busy

    If you are near to giving up on your sad feelings and there is no other option for you then you need to keep your mind busy in those activities that are the source of pleasure, happiness, and love. In the hard and sad moments, I keep myself busy doing Gym, Gardening, Playing Cricket, Photography, and Cycling.

    3. Keep Yourself Away from Negative People

    We need to keep ourselves away from negative people and we should have affinity for positive people. Negative people can't help us in getting out of sad feelings. Rather they add more negative thoughts that bring stress and frustration to our lives. Whenever I'm sad, I become alone for a short time and then scroll through my contacts, talk with my optimistic, confident and

    4. Pray to God

    Being a Muslim, I have a strong Belief in God. If there is nothing to defeat my sadness then I did ablution and pray to God. He is the only and last source that never disappoints me to remove my sadness from my heart. If we are sharply broken then contact God for help, it works faster.

    Conclusion


    Sadness and Happiness can't be separated from our life. We need to keep a delicate balance between them. Both have a narrow limit and both have their transient period. We should not intoxicate our lives with sad feelings. They can affect our health and our lives hence we should adopt those things that are helping to remove us from them. I have shared a couple of things that I'm practicing from my hard day. Don't hesitate to take guidance from getting yourself out from them from your mentor. This short life has many episodes for us and we should enjoy each of them.
