Saludos amigos de la comunidad Actifit espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! En esta ocasión les unas fotografías de mi torte de hoy, en la cuál realicé mis 5k pasos de Actifit volviendo a trotar 5km. Hoy me costó un poco trotar ya que me sentía un poco fatigado, pero aún así logré cumplir mi objetivo que era hacer los 5k pasos, la verdad que me gusta trotar ya que me ayuda a ganar resistencia y a quemar un poco la retención de líquido que tengo acumulado, y poco a poco se va viendo el progreso, pronto les seguiré mostrando como va mi proceso de definición 💪🏽.

Greetings friends of the Actifit I hope you are feeling well! This time I'll show you some pictures of my jog today, in which I did my 5k steps of Actifit jogging 5km again.
