Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero que se encuentren genial, ya hoy jueves, a poco de terminar la semana, y obvio por aca seguimos mas que activa jeje!! Y hoy les traigo esta rutina de cardio, SIN SALTOS, ni implementos, ideal para hacerla desde casa, y sobretodo super chevere para personas que recien inician a hacer ejercicio, o tienen mucho sobrepeso, asi que una rutina mas para dejar las excusas de lado!!
Son 4 rondas en total, y vamos a decansar 2 minutos entre cada una, sencillito jeje espero se animen šš
