Managing Screen Time Is Possible

    The advent of android devices has helped to increase our time allocation to our devices. Prior before now we have less reason to stay for a longer time with our phones because there are no much things to be done. Back in the days when my mother was using this Motorola phone my brother will sneak the phone and hide to play games with the phone. My mother will look for the phone eeeh, one day luck ran out of him and the phone failed into the toilet😜😜😜, the rest is a story.

    Now we all have our devices and determine what we do with it and when to do it. When I got home during Christmas I noticed my brother stays so long on phone and his laptop to the point that I was not so happy with him because it was so much. Emerging staying on laptop from the morning to night even the midnight and most times when he wakes in the money he will not take some time to rest and that continues for long. Some days he breaks down and that is not good at all.

    How Long I Spend On My Screen
    Well, the amount of time I spend on my phone is not so defined because it is as the work demands, but let me tell you a little about my time schedule. When I wake in the morning and am done with my prayers I go forth to prepare food for my family, when am done I go ahead to check up some updates online and respond to messages. When am done with that I go ahead to write my post so by the time am done it will be night. Most times I don't joke with my resting time unless it is something urgent I really need to take care of.

    Some days the work gets so intense that I start to feel headache. Sincerely, I don't like resting or sleeping within the day but when it's so unbearable, I take myself to sleep. When I sleep for about 30 to 1 hour I will regain myself then continue with my work.

    Regulating screen time is a personal thing that one need to be deliberate with because a times we feel that an update will fly pass if we are offline for a minute. My husband gets so worried that he feels like taking my phone from me but that's somehow mission impossible. In a way of wrapping up, make sure that your screen time don't get into the time you should use for other things, take your time and rest when you need too as work no dey fish. As we work, we should make out good time to eat too because some of us don't have that time to eat because we feel we have limited time. Aah, I eat well oo. Sleep on a good time so your eyes don't get to be so so stressed, sleep is highly medicinal and don't need to be joked with.
