What do people think before they comment?
This sentence became a shadow when I was faced with a very bad sentence by someone I didn't even know. I don't even know who he is. This started because the post on my Instagram reels was being flooded with lots of views and was watched by almost 350k people.
I was very happy when I first started creating content, that I liked sharing about the world of fitness and the gym. I post because I like it, I want to encourage myself, if there are other people who like and are also enthusiastic about my posts, I am very grateful. The intention is just to share and share my enthusiasm with people who are the same as me.
It's been 4 days, until finally someone from what world came and judged me like this.
He made a comment that hurt me a little, my mood was messy and I was very emotional. He says
'how a sensible adult woman wears tight clothes, what an irony'
So in the video reels, I am wearing tight sportswear, as usual. Yes, sportswear is supposed to be like that, but because I'm wearing a hijab, it seems very impolite. But I think I wear normal sportswear.
I reflected on myself and returned to my slightly emotional thoughts at that time. Really, it makes me very uncomfortable. However, I thought a little to myself that what I did was not wrong and he said that as if he was right. I mean, why can people just go around saying things like that without knowing the real me?
Again, hate comments can have a bad impact on those targeted, in fact they are not a good thing. Taking advice from the judge very harshly, isn't that a very bad action?
Social media is scary like that, considering that many people don't like, hate comments without knowing anything. Aren't humans very evil towards other humans? But, hate comments still exist in everything. We can never deny that everyone likes us, even more than that, there are so many people who don't like us even though we have done so much good. Do you know why? Because no one wants to be competed with.
It became a reflection for me that I don't have to take things like this seriously, because basically everyone will have sins, whatever they are. Coming back to myself, I don't want to make him the reason I have to be in a bad mood, annoyed, emotional and angry today.
Of course, hate comments like that are a lesson that there are many people who do this, but as a human being, I have to be very careful about my words on social media which actually make other people hurt.Aren't people who hurt the worst people in this world?
