Cuando emigras, una de las primeras cosas que debes hacer es conocer la nueva cultura en donde vivirás ahora, sus costumbres y normas. Por ejemplo, cuando es verano y es el mejor momento del año para refrescarte e ir a la piscina por un rico baño, una de las cosas que no te puede faltar es un gorro para nadar. Acá en Chile no es permitido bañarse en la piscina sin cubrirte tu cabello ya que así evitan que las hebras de pelo caigan en el agua y produzcan alguna obstaculizacion en los filtros que utilizan para mantenerla limpia.
Es algo que no me agrada mucho porque son gorros que no son muy flexibles y se me hace difícil cubrir todo mi cabello con ellos. Aunado a ello, siento que me quitan todo el flow😅Pero hay normas que cumplir y multas que evitar, así que es mejor cumplir, disfrutar el día y ser feliz.
A pesar de sentir mi cabeza apretada, pude pasar un sábado diferente junto a mi hermana y a una amiga, nadando, bronceándonos y hablando por un buen rato.

When you emigrate, one of the first things you should do is to get to know the new culture where you will now live, its customs and norms. For example, when it is summer and it is the best time of the year to cool off and go to the pool for a nice swim, one of the things you cannot miss is a swimming cap. Here in Chile it is not allowed to swim in the pool without covering your hair as this prevents hair strands from falling into the water and causing any obstruction in the filters that are used to keep it clean.
This is something I don't like very much because they are not very flexible caps and it is difficult for me to cover all my hair with them. Added to that, I feel like they take away all my flow😅But there are rules to follow and fines to avoid, so it's better to comply, enjoy the day and be happy.
Despite feeling my head tight, I was able to spend a different Saturday together with my sister and a friend, swimming, tanning and talking for a good time.
