And now after the rise of Artificial intelligence (AI) in these years it has come to the point where people are having second thoughts about the career they're picking is safe from Ai or they're going to be replaced.
It is possible to be in a field where you're irreplaceable like scientists, psychologist, doctors imo are safe, engineers (even those robots will need fixation from human) etc.
It's time to find out my career will be safe from robots or Ai ahead in this post.
The career Ai can't replace: They can never be better
My dream used to be becoming a engineer but than I saw a lot of unemployed cases in my country and decided to stick with law.
One thing I'm for sure is Ai or robots can't replace lawyers, they can never argue on a case Infront of a jury in court like a human can.
There's a long story behind picking this field, firstly our justice system is like collapsed and have no pillars at all, someone gotta bring change and do things better in the right way.
Robots could perform tasks like other operations in fields like Doctor: surgery, injuries, soldier bot? Yeah, it will be a true thing in future.
I doubt there will be any walking robo lawyer in the future because they can never be better than human in understanding other human, behavior and psychology to understanding manipulation and than arguing.
I was more interested in programming and coding
I still am interested and thinking I should take a course this summer when I'll be free.
I recently heard from NVDA CEO Jensen Huang in an interview saying that Ai will completely take over programming and any human will be able to use Ai to program and code things easily.
I believe it will happen because in numbers human can't be more good than Ai.. Ai will always be more efficient when it comes to numbers and algorithms.
But this doesn't change my mind from learning it by myself. It might take 5 years or more for Ai to do that and during this time I've some plan to build my own application, work on some codes and build some infra.
Ai can do better than human in this
For now Ai is better than human in learning and picking things quickly like storing data and than feeding to human, we know it as ChatGPT. Customer service or assistance will be replaced by Ai imo.
Ai can make better assignments than students and teacher itself. The thing is Ai would love to do homework.
On a serious note skills like graphic designers, website developers doesn't have the same weight as it used to be...Ai is becoming far better than human in this and many other skills.
wrapping up...
This is just the beginning of Ai and robots era there's a lot of room for improvement and growth in Ai sector.. I believe this will be bigger bubble burst than dotcom and it's not going to replace human by stealing our jobs but it'll be our help and we'll adapt it with time.
