- Exercise regularly: Engage in physical activities that you enjoy, such as walking, running, swimming, or yoga. Exercise releases endorphins, which can boost your mood and energy levels. sometimes you don't even need to access a gym before you take your exercise serious like the way most of the youth are doing now, just be truthful to yourself, the plan is to life a healthy life by daily exercise not just going to the gym for content. don't be left out, do what you can do within your means.
- Eat a balanced diet: Fuel your body with nutritious foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. A healthy diet can improve your physical and mental well-being.
- Get enough sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night to help your body and mind recharge. As the popular saying goes "you can't cheat nature " your body deserves that time off to regain it energy for the next day activities. don't be self-fish with your sleep, your health will pay for it.

- Surround yourself with positivity: Spend time with people who support and encourage you and avoid those who bring you down. Embanking on these journey trust me you need people that have the same mentality, and you all are aiming at one specific goal, remember you don't need everyone on your side, just some positive minds around you and your journey will be very smooth as compared to having negatives persons around you.

Social Connections
- Build a support network: Surround yourself with people who support and encourage you. You don't need everyone around you to be on your side, but you see the few people that have shown you that they will be there for you any day and time, YES! that is the kind of people you need to be grateful for and hold them tight. Build that strong circle with them. appreciate good relationships in your life.
