No quise que terminara una semana en la que conocí y vi actuar a tantas mujeres maravillosas de mi entorno, sin enviar un mensaje a tantas usuarias increíbles, que crean contenido, que interaccionan y que se vuelven amigas desde esta plataforma.
Un mensaje de empoderamiento, pero también, un mensaje desde un sentido de igualdad y complementariedad.
Refieren las informaciones que aún no existen países donde se pueda hablar de igualdad de género, siendo esto muy simple y fácil de obtener, pues solo significa tener igualdad de derechos en la ley y hacerlos valer.
Pero el asunto está en la palabra: “Complementar”, pues, la complementariedad acepta las diferencias biológicas más, el aporte de cada uno de los géneros al orden social y a sus demandas.
Nuestra plataforma es una gran ventana que muestra la complementariedad en el trabajo de información y educación con un trato igualitario entre todos los usuarios.
Mujer delicada, amable, firme, empoderada y de gran iniciativa.
Creer en uno mismo
Muchas feministas afirman, que es vital que la mujer crea en sí misma para poder trascender a un pensamiento que, culturalmente las relega, y dar e informar al mundo todos los aportes que ellas, como género, pueden realizar.
Es importante entender que se necesitan ventanas para comunicar, emocionalmente, todas esas luchas por las cuales los seres humanos atravesamos, para poder ser vistos como existentes en el mundo y, por lo tanto, valiosos, e igualmente sucede con la mujer.
Ya lo decía @danielvehe en su publicación: ¿Hive te Ayuda a Salir del Foso Emocional?, que nuestra plataforma, posterior a la pandemia, se transformó en un sitio de conexión, de gente que es capaz, no solo de mejorar sus finanzas, sino de aportar en la evolución emocional e incluso espiritual de quienes aquí crean.
Las mujeres en #Hive son un grupo fuerte y empoderado, que nos llenan de publicaciones, no solo emotivas, sino también aleccionadoras.
Que aportan a esa transformación del pensamiento culturalmente tradicional, hacia un pensamiento moderno, donde dejar a un lado las diferencias, y se entienda que ella es complementaria con el hombre, para la formación de una humanidad empática y justa.
La mujer en #Hive
Aquí, ellas han dejado el estereotipo de la mujer seguidora de otros y han dado paso a creadoras de contenido que invitan a iniciativas, que ayudan al drenaje emocional, que trabajan en equipo y que coordinan comunidades enteras en la red.
Mujeres que ayudan a que otras mujeres se empoderen y a darle un espacio al hombre, para la creación, en sus propias comunidades y en otras comunidades de bienestar.
Ellas crean información sobre los derechos, el despertar de las conciencias y la unificación de esfuerzos; para que exista una sociedad más plural e inclusiva.
Como decía Coral Herrera Gómez:
El empoderamiento femenino no consiste en que unas pocas mujeres lleguen a tomar el poder, se trata de que actúen en su papel de cuestionadoras de ese poder, para luego transformarlo y trabajarlo en forma colectiva en pro del bien común.
¿No les suena eso conocido?
Pues sí.
Es el mismo papel que la mujer tiene a nivel del hogar, pues son heroínas que, empoderadas, no solo aportan en el sostenimiento y en la autosuficiencia de la familia, sino que, además, cohesionan y aportan valores.
En medio de una sociedad que ha demostrado ser patriarcal, donde aún hay diferencias laborales, la mujer ha logrado, sin llegar al ejercicio de la violencia, ni por imposiciones de fuerza, a formar parte de los sistemas políticos y mucho, a nivel económico de cualquier país.
De hecho, en un trabajo de investigación que hice sobre lactancia materna en países como México, con un alto nivel poblacional, la mujer ostenta la mayor tasa estadística de ser trabajadora.
Por otro lado, el hombre mismo, de por sí, puede llegar a verse oprimido en una sociedad patriarcal; ya que le es imposible expresar sus sentimientos sin que sea tachado con alguna etiqueta negativa.
No puede elegir el tipo de mujer que necesita y que desea, porque los modelos de mujer de hogar y de pareja, han sido impuestos socialmente.
Él no puede aportar más que trabajo y poca actividad creativa en su propio hogar; e igualmente, respecto a las tareas de cuidado y de educación de sus hijos.
Los hombres no pueden dar, ni tampoco recibir afecto en público, porque siempre se tenderá a señalar como femenino el acto.
Tampoco pueden vivir un romanticismo necesario por las mismas razones.
Empoderar a la mujer eleva a la humanidad
Por eso, que una mujer se empodere, cree contenido, se haga amiga o lidere grupos en redes sociales; que conecten con los usuarios que trabajan con ella para fomentar relaciones de amistad y de crecimiento, lleva a esos beneficios que puede dejar el feminismo, que han sido señalados antes y que hoy en día son más evidentes que nunca.
La visualización del trabajo de la mujer va de lado con la libertad que el hombre va teniendo a nivel emocional.
Y la complementariedad de cargas se establece liberando al hombre del patriarcado y a la mujer del anonimato.
Construir un mundo pacífico, mejor, emocionalmente, con posibilidades de drenaje y de generar un amor realista, basado en intereses comunes y en el beneficio familiar, es lo que muchos de nosotros, y yo, como médico lo testifico, estamos observando en esta red.

Complimentary and Equal! -A message to so many valuable #Hive women-
I didn't want to end a week in which I met and saw so many wonderful women around me, without sending a message to so many incredible users, who create content, interact and become friends from this platform.
A message of empowerment, but also, a message from a sense of equality and complementarity.
It is reported that there are still no countries where you can talk about gender equality, being this very simple and easy to obtain, because it only means having equal rights under the law and enforce them.
But the issue is in the word: "Complement", because complementarity accepts the biological differences plus the contribution of each gender to the social order and its demands.
Our platform is a great window that shows the complementarity in the work of information and education with equal treatment among all users.
Delicate, kind, firm, empowered woman with great initiative.
Believing in oneself
Many feminists affirm that it is vital for women to believe in themselves in order to transcend a way of thinking that culturally relegates them, and to give and inform the world of all the contributions that they, as a gender, can make.
It is important to understand that windows are needed to communicate, emotionally, all those struggles through which human beings go through, in order to be seen as existing in the world and, therefore, valuable, and the same happens with women.
As @danielvehe said in his post: Does Hive Help You Get Out of the Emotional Pit, that our platform, after the pandemic, became a place of connection, of people who are able not only to improve their finances, but also to contribute to the emotional and even spiritual evolution of those who create here.
The women in #Hive are a strong and empowered group, who fill us with publications, not only emotional, but also sobering.
They contribute to the transformation of traditional cultural thinking, towards a modern way of thinking, where differences are put aside, and it is understood that women are complementary to men, for the formation of an empathetic and just humanity.
Women in #Hive
Here, they have left the stereotype of the woman follower of others and have given way to content creators who invite initiatives, who help emotional drainage, who work in teams and who coordinate entire communities in the network.
Women who help empower other women and give men a space for creation in their own and other wellness communities.
They create information about rights, the awakening of consciences and the unification of efforts; so that there is a more plural and inclusive society.
As Coral Herrera Gómez said:
Female empowerment is not about a few women coming to take power, it is about them acting in their role as questioners of that power, to then transform it and work it collectively for the common good.
Doesn't that sound familiar?
Yes, it does.
It is the same role that women have at the household level, since they are heroines who, empowered, not only contribute to the support and self-sufficiency of the family, but also bring cohesion and values.
In the midst of a society that has proven to be patriarchal, where there are still labor differences, women have managed, without resorting to violence or impositions of force, to become part of the political and economic systems of any country.
In fact, in a research work I did on breastfeeding in countries like Mexico, with a high population level, women have the highest statistical rate of being workers.
On the other hand, men themselves can become oppressed in a patriarchal society, as it is impossible for them to express their feelings without being labeled with a negative label.
He cannot choose the type of woman he needs and desires, because the models of a woman at home and as a partner have been socially imposed.
He can contribute nothing but work and little creative activity in his own home; and likewise, with respect to the tasks of caring for and educating his children.
Men cannot give or receive affection in public, because the act will always tend to be labeled as feminine.
Nor can they live a necessary romanticism for the same reasons.
Empowering women elevates humanity
Therefore, for a woman to empower herself, create content, befriend or lead groups in social networks; to connect with users who work with her to foster relationships of friendship and growth, leads to those benefits that feminism can leave, which have been pointed out before and that today are more evident than ever.
The visualization of women's work goes side by side with the freedom that men are gaining on an emotional level.
And the complementarity of burdens is established by freeing men from patriarchy and women from anonymity.
Building a peaceful world, better, emotionally, with possibilities of drainage and of generating a realistic love, based on common interests and family benefit, is what many of us, and I, as a doctor, testify it, are observing in this network.
