Hola amigos, espero que se encuentren muy bien. Hoy vengo a seguir contándoles un poco sobre mi viaje a Brasil, en esta ocasión quisiera compartir con ustedes cómo fue esa primera experiencia subiendo en un avión y como fue el recibimiento en Guyana.
Bueno, como han de imaginarse el viaje no pudo ser directo a Brasil, por lo que para llegar hasta allá hay que ir hasta Guyana y luego cruzar la frontera (otra historia que les contaré después). El día del vuelo, como les había dicho en el primer post, mi papá y mi tía Miriela estuvieron en el aeropuerto con nosotros hasta el momento en que ya teníamos que entrar. Una vez dentro, nos despedimos de ellos y nos dispusimos a verificar los pasajes y hacer todo el procedimiento que conlleva viajar en avión, y por supuesto, todo era nuevo para nosostros.
Aunque no estábamos del todo solos, ya que dos mujeres iban a viajar junto a nosostros como parte de nuestro grupo, una muchacha joven y su mamá que también iban a hacer la travesía a Brasil.
Hello friends, I hope you are feeling well. Today I come to continue telling you a little about my trip to Brazil, this time I would like to share with you how was that first experience getting on a plane and how was the reception in Guyana.
Well, as you can imagine the trip could not be direct to Brazil, so to get there you have to go to Guyana and then cross the border (another story I will tell you later). The day of the flight, as I told you in the first post, my dad and my aunt Miriela were at the airport with us until we had to go in. Once inside, we said goodbye to them and got ready to check the tickets and do all the procedures involved in traveling by plane, and of course, everything was new to us.
We were not entirely alone though, as two women were traveling with us as part of our group, a young girl and her mother who were also going to make the trip to Brazil.

Después de tener listos nuestros pasajes nos tocó esperar y bastante, pues el avión debía salir a las 4:20 y pasaban las horas y no llegaba. Allí pude presenciar el atardecer y aproveché y puse mi teléfono a cargar.
After having our tickets ready, we had to wait a long time, because the plane was supposed to leave at 4:20 and the hours went by and it did not arrive. There I was able to witness the sunset and I took the opportunity to charge my phone.
Finalmente pudimos subir en el avión y salimos a las 11 de la noche, tremendo atraso 🙄. Ya montados en el avión todo nos parecía tan irreal, como si no estuviera sucediendo en verdad, y a la hora del despegue nos pusimos un poco nerviosos ya que no sabíamos que esperar del momento. Gracias a Dios todo salió muy bien y hasta mi abuela que es una persona mayor y nerviosa se comportó muy bien y se mantuvo bastante relajada.
Durante el vuelo nos dieron algunas confituras y bebidas, lo que nos vino genial pues no habíamos comido nada debido al atraso del avión que no estaba en los planes.
Finally we were able to get on the plane and we left at 11 pm, a tremendous delay 🙄. Already on the plane everything seemed so unreal, as if it was not really happening, and at takeoff time we got a little nervous because we did not know what to expect at the moment. Thank God everything went very well and even my grandmother who is an elderly and nervous person behaved very well and remained quite relaxed.
During the flight we were given some jams and drinks, which was great for us as we had not eaten anything due to the plane delay which was not in the plans.

Para ser mi primera experiencia de vuelo, fue de las más duras, pues fueron 4 horas y además hubo demasiada turbulencia, lo que me provocó mareos y revoltura en el estómago, eso sin hablar del dolor de oídos que me provocó el momento de aterrizaje principalmente, hasta un poco sorda me quedé momentáneamente 😅.
For my first flight experience, it was one of the hardest, because it was 4 hours and there was also too much turbulence, which made me dizzy and upset my stomach, not to mention the earache that mainly caused me the moment of landing, even a little deaf I was momentarily 😅.
Llegamos al aeropuerto de Guyana a las 3 de la mañana y nos quedamos impresionados con la inmensidad del lugar y el nivel de limpieza que tenía. Al salir, un taxi nos estaba esperando y nos llevaron para la casa de una de las personas que trabaja para la agencia de viajes que pagamos para hacer la travesía. Llegamos a su casa a las 5 de la mañana, pues estaba bastante lejos del aeropuerto y si creen que llegamos a dormir se equivocan 😂, con el hambre que traíamos, llegamos y a esa hora en vez de desayunar comimos una deliciosa cena que nos tenían preparada.
We arrived at the airport in Guyana at 3 am and were impressed with the vastness of the place and the level of cleanliness it had. When we left, a cab was waiting for us and we were taken to the house of one of the people who works for the travel agency that we paid to make the trip. We arrived at his house at 5 in the morning, as it was quite far from the airport and if you think we arrived to sleep you are wrong 😂, we were starving, we arrived and at that time instead of breakfast we ate a delicious dinner that they had prepared for us.

Después de esa cena y un baño, nos acostamos a dormir para descansar, ya que ese mismo día en la tarde iniciaría como tal la travesía para Brasil, pero esa historia se las contaré en el siguiente post, sin más, nos vemos 🤗🤗🤗.
After that dinner and a bath, we went to sleep to rest, since that same day in the afternoon would begin as such the journey to Brazil, but that story I will tell you in the next post, without further ado, see you 🤗🤗🤗🤗.
