Saludos. En Holos estamos de aniversario, son tres años compartiendo con ustedes en este camino de apoyo al crecimiento personal de los hivers. Como parte de la celebración hemos decidido hacer esta edición especial de nuestro “Club de Lectura”.
Desde sus comienzos el “ Club de Lectura” se ha ido conformando como un espacio privilegiado para compartir nuestras opiniones en un ambiente de cordialidad y camaradería. Cada texto discutido nos ha permitido ampliar diferentes perspectivas. Y estamos seguros que con los aportes de cada lectura hemos sumado puntos hacia nuestro crecimiento personal.
En Holos le damos mucha importancia a la lectura, estamos convencidos que los textos guardan conocimientos invalorables para iluminar nuestro camino y permitirnos avanzar hacia el conocimiento del mundo interior, lo que sin duda es básico para mejorar como seres humanos. Además, con la práctica sistemática de la lectura adquirimos un conjunto de herramientas que mejoran notablemente nuestro desempeño como creadores de contenidos en HIVE.
Para esta reunión estaremos trabajando “La biblioteca de los nuevos comienzos”, de la escritora japonesa Michiko Aoyama . La obra fue publicada en el 2020, es su segunda novela y es el texto con el que se dio a conocer en el mercado de habla hispana. Hasta el momento la obra ha tenido bastante aceptación entre los lectores por lo que ha sido traducida a más de veinte idiomas.
El libro está estructurado sobre la base de pequeños capítulos. En cada uno de ellos un personaje visita la biblioteca de la señora Komachi en busca de orientación bibliográfica sobre algún tema de interés.
Pero la señora Komachi no es una bibliotecaria cualquiera, tiene una habilidad especial para empatizar con las personas. A cada uno de sus visitantes los recibe con una pregunta crucial: ¿Qué estás buscando…?
Una pregunta que va mucho más allá de la simple orientación bibliográfica y que pretende principalmente conmover a los visitantes para que se cuestionen sobre el propósito de sus vidas.
A cada visitante la señora Komachi les da la debida orientación en materia bibliográfica; pero además, complementa sus sugerencias con algún libro que ella sabe que les iluminará sus caminos personales y les hará reflexionar sobre el sentido de sus vidas.
Esta novela recupera la importancia de la lectura como vía hacia la superación personal. Cada uno de los libros sugeridos por la señora Komachi impacta a sus lectores, los motiva a reconsiderar sus opciones. Cada lectura produce en ellos la resonancia necesaria para levantarles el ánimo y darles el valor requerido para comenzar de nuevo. Una posibilidad que tenemos todos, siempre podemos levantarnos luego de cualquier caída.
La novela está escrita de forma muy amena, y aunque sus personajes son japoneses es fácil conectarse con ellos, sus dudas y vacilaciones pueden ser similares a las de cualquiera de nosotros.
Los invitó a que le den una oportunidad a esa breve novela, puede ser que les resulte inspiradora.

Greetings. In Holos we are celebrating our anniversary, three years sharing with you on this path of supporting the personal growth of hivers. As part of the celebration we have decided to make this special edition of our "Book Club".
Since its beginnings, the "Book Club" has become a privileged space to share our opinions in an atmosphere of cordiality and camaraderie. Each text discussed has allowed us to broaden different perspectives. And we are sure that with the contributions of each reading we have added points towards our personal growth.
In Holos we give great importance to reading, we are convinced that the texts keep invaluable knowledge to illuminate our path and allow us to advance towards the knowledge of the inner world, which is undoubtedly basic to improve as human beings. In addition, with the systematic practice of reading we acquire a set of tools that significantly improve our performance as creators of content in HIVE.
For this meeting we will be working on "The Library of New Beginnings", by the Japanese writer Michiko Aoyama. The work was published in 2020, it is her second novel and is the text with which she became known in the Spanish-speaking market. So far the work has been well received by readers and has been translated into more than twenty languages.
The book is structured on the basis of small chapters. In each chapter, a character visits Mrs. Komachi's library in search of bibliographical guidance on a topic of interest.
But Mrs. Komachi is not just any librarian; she has a special ability to empathize with people. She greets each of her visitors with a crucial question: What are you looking for...?
A question that goes far beyond simple bibliographic guidance and is primarily intended to move visitors to question the purpose of their lives.
To each visitor Mrs. Komachi gives them the proper bibliographical guidance; but in addition, she complements her suggestions with a book that she knows will enlighten their personal paths and make them reflect on the meaning of their lives.
This novel recovers the importance of reading as a way to personal improvement. Each of the books suggested by Ms. Komachi impacts her readers, motivating them to reconsider their choices. Each reading produces in them the necessary resonance to lift their spirits and give them the courage to start over. A possibility we all have, we can always pick ourselves up after any fall.
The novel is written in a very readable way, and although its characters are Japanese it is easy to connect with them, their doubts and hesitations can be similar to those of any of us.
I invite you to give that short novel a chance, you might find it inspiring.

1.- Reading of the proposed work.
As a suggestion, I recommend that you take note of the aspects and themes that have caught your attention. An excellent idea is to copy those quotes that we consider valuable and then we can share them on the day of the meeting. With these inputs it is much easier to participate and elaborate a publication.

We invite you to share your observations in our program and if you like you can make a publication about your impressions on the text.
5.- Here are some questions to stimulate writing: Are you clear about the aspects involved in our perceptive process? Do you agree that all reality is a personal construction? Is there something called reality common to all? Do you think the author helps us to have a broader perspective on the world and life?
