Hace unas semanas, hice una reflexiòn acerca de las emociones y como ellas nos mueven tanto dentro de nosotros que hasta alteraciones fisìcas nos causan.
Para algunos esto es una falsedad, que una emociòn no puede causar tales situaciones, por ello es cuestiòn de no discutir con esos pensamientos a pesar que hay tanta informaciòn al respecto.
En diferentes casos, y tanta informaciòn no nos deja sorprender que personas que han dedicado su vida a estudiar sobre el comportamiento del Ser humano, han ido a lo màs recondito, ademàs hay comprobaciones cientìficas, dan sus charlas, acerca de los temas de salud mental y todo aquello que causa alteraciones, en el mundo nos encontramos con tantas debilidades en torno a la actuaciòn de los hombres y mujeres como tal.
¿Desconocimiento? ¿Falta de interès? ¿Fallos en la educaciòn en masas? asì como estas incògnitas, pueden surgir otras en la medida que se desarrolla la humanidad, asì como surgen otras que muestran su interès en ello.

Reconocer las emociones, es un proceso, nada sencillo...identificar pensamientos igual, a esto se le suma el entorno donde diariamente se habita y se comparte...muchos se alejan otros no se lo permiten...
Este reconocimiento de emociones trae consigo otras formas de pensamientos y sentimientos, sentirse culpables por alejarse, de pronto si tiene sentido, luego se reconoce que era necesario.
Asì como hay quienes reconocen y son llamadas a dar ese paso , nos encontramos con otro tipo de personas que no quieren dejar a un lado un estilo de vida que arrastran a los niños que van trayendo al mundo, a veces es solo mirar de lejos, pensar asì no se quiera pensar en un futuro de quien sabe, para esos niños que mañana se convertiràn en hombres y mujeres; son situaciones que a veces no se puede hacer nada porque decimos ese es su proceso y quizàs ese es su tarea de venir a este mundo quièn sabe para què.
Al entrar en este mundo de reconocimientos de emociones, cuando se decide a hacerlo, comienzan a presentarse diferentes situaciones que deben acompañar a este proceso de reconocimiento que se inicia. la persona puede sentirse perdida ante cambios que debe hacer en ella. Sobre todo hàbitos de pensamiento. Como se expresa en lineas anteriores es un proceso de cada ser humano...quien no ha pasado por ello no lo comprende...
Para una madre mirar a su hija caer en situaciones descontroladas cuando hay niños por el medio es duro, como se dice: eso no es lo que quise para ella o èl...duele, como madres muchas personas entienden de esos dolores (de abuelas) y a veces caen en situaciones cuando hay niños por el medio, que otros tampoco entienden y las ven como responsables de lo que sucede.

El mundo de las emociones, viene acompañado de tantos elementos que cada dìa se ve en el mundo tantas reacciones ante tantas situaciones que como parte de una sociedad nadie lo puede controlar, es allì donde debemos comenzar, entender que lo que sucede alrededor de nuestro Ser no lo podemos controlar , por ello es crucial trabajar en sì mismo para iniciar ese reconocimiento , comenzar a tomar las riendas y comenzar a comprender lo que vemos, nos rodea y como los vamos a tomar.

To recognize emotions is a process, not simple at all...to identify thoughts the same, to this is added the environment where we live and share daily...many move away others do not allow it...
