Hola amigos ¿como están? Hoy me surgieron muchas ganas de compartirles mi experiencia de este día, lo cual para mí en lo personal fue como un repaso de todo este proceso del autoconocimiento, el cuál vengo trabajando de forma conciente hace algunos años el cuál considero que es durante todo este viaje llamado vida.
Hoy de manera casi automática,fácil y espontánea, puede observar mi sentir en lo cotidiano como una espectadora, cómo viéndome desde afuera,pero desde adentro hacia el exterior.
Sin ir muy lejos, sin tratar de buscar un porque a los pensamientos,sentimientos y emociones que se fueron presentando.se sintió liviano, observarse de esta manera,ya con el conocimiento previo de reconocer cada sentir y darle espacio sin resistir, sin juzgar como bueno o malo.
Note como mi energía iba cambiando tanto corporal como general, a medida que iba transitando el día, como mi cuerpo pedía pausas y al dárselas se relajaba como tantas otras pide la fuerza y otros movimientos.
El lacer de seguir la energía dentro del cumplimiento de las responsabilidades es algo maravilloso y crea espacios.
Hoy puedo decir que me siento plena y liviana,algo que me ayuda mucho a esto es que esas responsabilidades por así decirlo son todas actividades, trabajos, etc que me gustan realizar. Solo que cada día de una manera diferente. Eso para mí es un regalo y poder frenar a verlo es aún mejor.
Lo que resuena conmigo hoy es fluir en el hacer,soltando el control a lo programado, de esta forma a mi me resulta la vida más liviana, con más armonía en lo cotidiano y lo que esto trae a su paso.
Con mucha gratitud comparto esta experiencia con ustedes por poder materializar mi sentir en una red de contención y expansión como este sitio.

Today, in an almost automatic, easy and spontaneous way, you can observe my feelings in everyday life as a spectator, as if seeing myself from the outside, but from the inside to the outside.
Without going too far, without trying to find a reason for the thoughts, feelings and emotions that were presenting themselves, it felt light, observing oneself in this way, already with the prior knowledge of recognizing each feeling and giving it space without resisting, without judging how good or bad.
I noticed how my energy was changing, both physically and generally, as the day progressed, how my body asked for breaks and when I gave them it relaxed like so many others ask for strength and others. movements.
The pleasure of following the energy within the fulfillment of responsibilities is something wonderful and creates spaces.
Today I can say that I feel full and light, something that helps me a lot with this is that those responsibilities, so to speak, are all activities, jobs, etc. that I like to do. Just every day in a different way. That for me is a gift and being able to stop and see it is even better.
What resonates with me today is flow in doing, releasing control to what is programmed, in this way life is lighter for me, with more harmony in everyday life and what this brings in its wake.
