So I've been in a pretty active drawing mood again ^^ it's been nice. I did say I needed the practice, unfortunately doing traditional art while I'm at work got much harder than it did before. So all the time I had earlier just went to starting new digital art. and as such, I wanted to try doing fan art for holozing again because I do like the character designs they have. I haven't checked the website yet because I've been seeing new characters lately and I kind of want to work with the lamb one I saw too.
Anyway, I've worked on the female forest healer in the low light style I've been obsessed with ^^

I'm pretty happy with how this one came out even if I did this on a speedpaint kind of mood. like, it's not as low light as I had hoped it to be, but I like the way I did the soft glow amd soft blush. It kind of gives her a really cozy mood ^^
For the progression:
I actually forgot to take a snap of the sketch phase because I just worked on this for 1 hour straight over my lunch break
And this is basically where I stopped when my break ended.
Not bad for a speed paint because by an hour, I had already blended a little and got on the hair.
by the 2nd hour,while I was doing my laundry at the self laundry shop, I was actually working on values and on adding the details bit by bit until I finished it by the 3rd hour when my laundry had finished drying amd I was to fold them.
Luckily, medibang has a timelapse feature so I at least have a timelapse to show you guys ^^
I hope you guys enjoyed that short timelapse clip. I've been looking into starting a tiktok and maybe trying to gain a bit more publicity so I could try to do commissions again? I do think this art style I have is quite pretty and what better way to practice than by being motivated with attention ^^
Anyway, this is all from me for today. I'm gonna start on another drawing in a bit so that maybe by tomorrow or by friday, I can keep up my current activity on hive?
I do hope to stay active, considering that busy season is over for me and the only thing waiting for me now would be all the trips me and my sisters have planned. So until next time!
