¡Hola amigas de esta hermosa comunidad!

Parece que nunca llego a tiempo para publicar los lunes, pero aquí me tienen hoy para mostrarles mi segundo gorro. Después de mi primer intento en el que me quedó un gorro hermoso, pero un poco pequeño, busqué otro patrón, uno más grandecito, quizá me pasé un poco, pero me gustó mucho el resultado. Quieren ver mi primer gorro, acá les dejo la publicación: ¡Me hice un hermoso gorro!

Luego de seleccionar los colores me puse a trabajar con todo el amor del mundo y la paciencia que esto requiere. Me di cuenta de que aún me falta perfeccionar la técnica, pero estoy muy feliz con los avances.

Cuando mi hija vio los colores quedó enamorada, los elegimos juntas al momento de comprarlos.

A medida que el tejido se iba haciendo más y más grande, mi esposo y mi hija me hacían bromas. "¿Estás haciendo una sabana o un vestido?", me decían. Pero yo siempre les respondía que confiaran en el proceso.

Luego de ajustar los últimos detalles y ajustar el gorro, al fin quedó y valió la pena confiar en el proceso porque el resultado me encantó. Y aunque sí, creo que quedó un poco grande, yo creo cuando haga el tercero ya será perfecto.

Estoy muy feliz y les pedí a mi esposo y mi hija que se lo probaran y a los dos les quedó muy bien. Creo que las medidas quedaron perfectas para ambos. Además, es un gorro muy abrigado y bonito.

Cada nueva pieza que hago me hace sentir más orgullosa de mí misma, porque me encanta lo mucho que he mejorado en tan poco tiempo. Tejer es relajante y adictivo, me ayuda a pasar el tiempo y también me ha permitido tener una entrada extra de dinero al vender algunos de mis accesorios.

Pronto empezaré a tejer muñequitos, es el nuevo reto que me he propuesto. Cuando los haga se los estaré compartiendo para que me orienten y me ayuden a mejorar cada día.

I never seem to make it in time to post on Mondays, but here I am today to show you my second hat. After my first attempt in which I got a beautiful hat, but a little small, I looked for another pattern, a bigger one, maybe I went a little overboard, but I really liked the result. After selecting the colors I started to work with all the love in the world and the patience that this requires. I realized that I still need to perfect the technique, but I am very happy with the progress.

When my daughter saw the colors she fell in love, we chose them together when we bought them.

As the weave got bigger and bigger, my husband and daughter teased me. "Are you making a sheet or a dress?" they asked me. But I always told them to trust the process.

After adjusting the last details and adjusting the hat, it finally fit and it was worth trusting the process because I loved the result. And although yes, I think it was a little big, I think when I make the third one it will be perfect.

I am very happy and I asked my husband and daughter to try it on and they both looked great. I think the measurements were perfect for both of us. In addition, it is a very warm and pretty hat.

Every new piece I make makes me more proud of myself, because I love how much I've improved in such a short time. Knitting is relaxing and addictive, it helps me pass the time and has also allowed me to have an extra income by selling some of my accessories.

Soon I will start knitting dolls, it is the new challenge I have set for myself. When I do them I will be sharing them with you so that you can guide me and help me improve every day.
