Hola amigos! Les traigo otro dibujo sobre Barbie, uno de los personajes más conocidos en el mundo de las muñecas y de la animación con su gran frase "Puedes ser lo que tu quieras ser". No se porque me dio por volver a dibujar a Barbie, solamente estaba buscando en ese momento algo de inspiración para realizar otro dibujo como cualquier día, pero una de las imágenes que tengo de Barbie como referencia me ganó la atención por lo que me puse manos a la obra en realizar otro dibujo sobre el personaje.
Hello friends! I bring you another drawing about Barbie, one of the most known characters in the world of dolls and animation with her great phrase "You can be whatever you want to be". I don't know why I wanted to draw Barbie again, I was just looking for some inspiration to make another drawing like any other day, but one of the images I have of Barbie as a reference got my attention so I started to work on making another drawing of the character.
Lo que voy a mostrarles ahora es una comparación de las sombras que realicé en el dibujo. En la primera imagen a la izquierda verán que no tiene sombras marcadas; lo cual me pareció bien en un principio. Pero luego esta la segunda imagen a la derecha que le he puesto sombras marcadas más el sombreado difuminado, siento que le da mucho mejor trabajo en la segunda que la primera imagen. Por ello decidí tomar la segunda imagen y dejarla tal y como esta en los resultados finales. Ya lo había hecho antes cuando marcar sombras se trata, pero no me convenció lo suficiente como para dejarla como en la primera imagen.
What I am going to show you now is a comparison of the shadows I made in the drawing. In the first image on the left you will see that it has no marked shadows; which seemed fine to me at first. But then there is the second image on the right that I have put marked shadows plus the blurred shading, I feel that it gives a much better job in the second image than the first image. So I decided to take the second image and leave it as is in the final results. I had done this before when it comes to shadow highlighting, but I wasn't convinced enough to leave it as in the first image.
Más adelante puede que vuelva a dibujarla, pero por ahora me enfocaré en otros tipos de dibujos y no tanto en dibujar a personajes. Considero que hasta ahora ha sido un buen progreso en mi trabajo, espero que les haya gustado esta nueva Barbie que les he traído para ustedes, un saludo a todos!
Later on I may draw her again, but for now I will focus on other types of drawings and not so much on drawing characters. I consider that so far it has been a good progress in my work, I hope you liked this new Barbie that I have brought for you, greetings to all!
