Hola gente linda de Hive 💕
Una de mis festividades favoritas sin duda es el carnaval por lo colorido y la energÃa que se transmite en toda mi ciudad en realidad en todo el Oriente del paÃs es bastante famoso el carnaval de Carúpano, perteneciente a nuestro estado sucre, sin embargo creo que los de cumaná también son bastante buenos.
Desde pequeña estuve involucrada como reina del carnaval porque participaba como bailarina en los eventos de cumaná, el dÃa 11/02/2024 se llevaron a cabo las comparsas con temática de (MarÃa RodrÃguez) cantante de nuestra ciudad conocida como la Sirena de Cumaná. Se dedicaba a cantar Florklore y en homenaje a ella pude ver un carnaval muy lindo con elementos escenciales de la música que ella cantaba.
Lo mejor de todo es que llevé a mi mamá y eso hizo mi dÃa mucho más feliz 💗

One of my favorite festivities without a doubt is the carnival because of the colorful and energy that is transmitted throughout my city actually throughout the East of the country is quite famous carnival of Carúpano, belonging to our state sucre, however I think that those of cumaná are also quite good.
Since I was little I was involved as a carnival queen because I participated as a dancer in the events of Cumana, the day 11/02/2024 took place the comparsas with the theme of (Maria Rodriguez) singer of our city known as the Siren of Cumana. She was dedicated to sing Florklore and in tribute to her I could see a very nice carnival with essential elements of the music she sang.
The best of all is that I took my mom and that made my day much happier 💗.
Al inicio de las comparsas pude ver la participación de las bandas juveniles de estado y a muchos abuelitos con sus retretas y abuelitas vestidas de joroperas, una vestimenta que utilizaba esta cantante y bailarina, siendo una cultora popular muy preciada en nuestro estado hubieron muchos elementos dentro de las carrozas y comparsas alusivas a sus canciones, como mariposas, sirenas, el tabaco e iguanas y como mencioné anteriormente muchos trajes de joropo e instrumentos muy utilizados en nuestra ciudad.
Obviamente como he escuchado sus canciones en la radio y en las calles de nuestra ciudad para mà era gratificante comprender la temática de este carnaval.
Fue bastante especial para mà ya que mi mamá me acompañó todo el momento y ella también estaba muy feliz fue un escape a las malas situaciones que hemos vivido, y de eso se trata de celebrar la vida, la creatividad, la alegrÃa, los colores y ser feliz.
At the beginning of the comparsas I could see the participation of the state youth bands and many grandparents with their retretas and grandmothers dressed as joroperas, a costume used by this singer and dancer, being a very precious popular culture in our state there were many elements within the floats and comparsas alluding to her songs, such as butterflies, mermaids, tobacco and iguanas and as I mentioned above many joropo costumes and instruments widely used in our city.
Obviously as I have heard their songs on the radio and in the streets of our city for me it was gratifying to understand the theme of this carnival.
It was quite special for me as my mom accompanied me all the time and she was also very happy it was an escape from the bad situations we have lived, and that's what it's all about celebrating life, creativity, joy, colors and being happy.
Disfruté mucho y estuve muy feliz de ver a la ciudad disfrutar de esta festividad, sin duda alguna la alegrÃa del carnaval contagia a muchos y una vez más se notó la creatividad, la perseverancia, el esfuerzo de la mayorÃa de artesanos, padres representantes, niños, abuelos y todos los involucrados en volver a retomar las costumbres de la ciudad y el paÃs básicamente.
A comparación de otros años se vió el entusiasmo nuevamente y hubieron muchos participantes con carrozas impresionantes y espectaculares y lo más lindo de todo, rindiendo homenaje a una persona que fué y es muy especial en nuestro estado.
I really enjoyed and was very happy to see the city enjoy this festivity, without a doubt the joy of the carnival spreads to many and once again the creativity, perseverance, the effort of the majority of artisans, parents, children, grandparents and all those involved in retaking the customs of the city and the country basically was noticeable.
Compared to other years, enthusiasm was seen again and there were many participants with impressive and spectacular floats and most beautiful of all, paying tribute to a person who was and is very special in our state.
