Woke up to a light dusting of snow on the ground and pretty chilly temperatures.
Doesn't mean I didn't have to get some steps in while walking Nico. However, it did mean that I forgot to start up Actifit so none of those steps counted. Ouch.
I would have have 12K steps but missed out on the initial 3K steps in the morning.
(sigh)
So, the morning was stretches, some pushups and situps followed by walking the dog.
After that? Errands as always. Make a psot on Hive, do some shopping, pay some bills, and then relax a bit for the day.
Evening comes and again time to walk the dog. This time with my wife. Always more fun to walk with my wife...even if she doesn't like me playing Cubieverse while I'm walking.
Now Nico can be overenthusiastic in greeting other dogs. He barks, jumps, spins and generally makes a nuisance of himself. In that regard we usually lead him around other dogs. Unfortunate but necessary.
Little dogs get scared when a 40kg goofball starts going nuts because he wants to play.
Here is a picture of my wife leading Nico up the side of a hill to get off the regular trail through the park.
Got home after that and had a quiet night with my wife. She was watching a movie on her phone and I was watching anime on my tablet.
Not exactly exciting but sometimes you want to spend time with someone but not necessarily do the same thing :)
That's it for the day. Only counted as 9K steps but I know the truth :)
