As you can see, 4251.834 HBD has been traded with a monthly average of 708.639 HBD, a quite positive figure, considering that the bot has 213 registered users and only 47 users have made exchanges. Let's do some simple math, between hosting and a symbolic compensation for development and support services, 26 HBD per month is an acceptable minimum. If we consider that the average monthly trading volume is 708.639 HBD, it would be necessary to set an exchange fee of 3.67%, which we consider excessive. Faced with this situation, there are only 3 solutions: first, increase the fee to an acceptable value for users, second, increase the minimum HP to delegate to avoid the need to charge a fee with a fee scale according to delegation, and third, increase the number of active users. We lean towards gradually applying a combination of the options, this change will not be immediate, but it will be introduced and adjusted in the coming weeks.

Parece que fue ayer, pero hoy cumplimos 6 meses de trabajo, 6 meses de funcionamiento en nuestro P2P. La primera transacción completada se realizó el 2024-03-24 21:17:38 y desde entonces ha estado trabajando con pequeñas paradas de ajustes al funcionamiento, implementando nuevas funcionalidades y mejorando las existentes. Las órdenes públicas tienen un ciclo de vida de 36 horas, luego de eso si no han sido tomadas se autocancelan y despublican. Esto se hace para prevenir que los cambios de precio del mercado dejen caducas las ofertas, además porque luego de 48 horas los bots no pueden modificar mensajes de un canal. Como pueden apreciar, se han negociado 4251.834 HBD con una media mensual de 708.639 HBD, cifra bastante positiva, teniendo en cuanta que el bot tiene 213 usuarios registrados y solo 47 usuarios han realizado intercambios. Teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de usuarios cubanos activos en Hive, el uso del bot aún es bajo.
Veamos cómo se han comportado los intercambios contra el HBD:

El hosting mensual del bot tiene un costo de 6 HBD y hasta este momento este costo junto al desarrollo y soporte ha estado financiado de forma privada con los ingresos del testigo y otros aportes de @hivecuba. En resumidas cuentas en 6 meses se han logrado los siguientes ingresos:
Pues si, así mismo tan solo 14.44 HBD a precios actuales, lo cual costearía a duras penas 2 meses de hosting. Es necesario reajustar la estructura económica de HIVECUBA_P2P_BOT para garantizar su sostenibilidad.
Hagamos un poco de matemática simple, entre el hosting y una retribución simbólica por el servicio de desarrollo y soporte, 26 HBD por mes es un mínimo aceptable. Si tenemos en cuenta que la media de volumen de negociación por mes es de 708.639 HBD sería necesario poner un fee de intercambio de 3.67% lo cual consideramos exagerado. Ante esta situación solo quedan 3 soluciones: primero incrementar el fee a un valor aceptable para los usuarios, segundo incrementar el mínimo de HP a delegar para no tener necesidad de cobrar fee con una escala de fees según delegación, y tercero incrementar el número de usuarios activos. Nos inclinamos por paulatinamente aplicar una combinación de las opciones, este cambio no será inmediato, pero se irá introduciendo y ajustando en las próximas semanas.
Recomendamos que ejecute el comando /fees en el bot antes de poner o tomar una orden para estar conscientes de las comisiones que se aplican.
