Most of the workouts my wife and I do are centered around Orangetheory Fitness and there are many years and sessions completed between us and/or mostly together.
Because of the time we have put into the workouts under the orange lights, we have been able to do other things as well and one of our favorite things to do is to participate in running events.
We mostly do 5K's with the occasional 10K's and the sporadic half marathon, but today's running event was a 4 MILE run and it was themed for love month of course and with it being called Run 4 Love 4 Mile it makes sense why it would be set up as a 4 mile event.
We do have a 10K run in March and it's one of our favorite running events, but this 4 Miler is a fun one as well.

As far as my results they are usually consistent and of course putting in the work at Orangetheory prepares you for the endurance part which is key to these runs and of course I would like to be faster but I'm also realistic.
With that said, I'm not a slouch either lol.
My 5K's are usually between 26 to 29 minutes. My 10K's are usually between 1 hour and 1 hour and five minutes and I came in with 40 minutes for the 4 miler and I don't stop running at any point. If I ever do it would be considered a failure to me.

I'm trying something different. To continue building my content on the inLEO platform but continue with one of my other favorite dApps I am going to post about how I generated my Actifit points in a post here but still be able to do the Actifit Post and Earn.
