Yesterday was a beautiful sunny Sunday. It was a chilly night and I did not sleep too well, I guess the tiredness of the trip plus the uncomfortable camping bed did not do me a favor. I was so tired I did not even feel like setting up the stove, temperatures were quite warm during the day and I thought I would not need it. There is high humidity in this area, and at night, with the temperature drop, the sensation is quite chilly.
In the afternoon, after a long conference call with my team, I decided to go for a short walk from the village to the plot area we bought last December.
It is quite rainy in the area of the country, and compared to the dry months we are suffering in Barcelona, it was a big contrast. Everything was green and as the sun was coming down, you felt you were in the middle of a colored painting.
I could walk more than 10 meters without stopping to take a shot. Every single direction you would look to was the perfect scenery for a photo. This is the entrance of the plot next to ours.
The path is quite narrow and there is no traffic at all, which makes the place even prettier.
I ended up on my short walk having a beer on the terrace of a new restaurant which just opened after several months of being closed. We will have to try it!
