My Actifit Report Card: April 15 2024

Today is day 58 of my #seven77 regimen. I worked from home today, which meant I was able to get some cleaning done around the house.

After dinner, my son and I went out for a walk/run. We went to the end of our street and back again. He hasn't done any running like that before, I think he liked it! I also know that I wore him out. Getting him to bed tonight was super easy!
