This is a ranked Diamond match. The game has the following rule sets: Rise of the Commons, Silenced Summoners, and Aim True. With Silenced Summoners, a dragon summoner is the best option. I ended up not using any dragon monster so it didn't matter. I went with Water over Fire and so did my opponent. One of the 3 mana dual summoners would be even better but I only have 1 BCX of those. I went with Diemonshark in the front. I would have preferred Arkemis the Bear, but that would be a lot of mana out of the 35 available. For the reach slot, Flying Squid would be my choice without the Aim True. However, since the Dodge and Blind wouldn't do anything, the 4 mana Pirate of Eight seems like a much better choice. Deeplurker is a must-include. Pelacor Bandit is a great cheap option and with 10 mana left I opted for Angelic Mandarin and Swamp Spitter. I would have liked to include Supply Runner but I thought the Repair from Swamp Spitter was more useful, especially with Aim True. They went with the same summoner and Grimbardun Smith in the front. They also have Deeplurker and Pelacor Bandit but opted for Venari Wavesmith, Supply Runner, and Vruz in the back to try to buff the Pelacor Bandit.
In round 1 only Vruz died but that's something they wanted. They took out my Swamp Spitter in round 2 but I was able to Poison their Wavesmith. In round 3 they got my Angelic Mandarin but I finished the Wavesmith. In round 4 something crucial happened. They killed Diemonshark with Deeplurker but it Retaliated and killed it back. They also lost their Bandit and only had Grimbardun and Supply Runner left. My Bandit's attack was enough to take out their ranged monster and Grimbardun couldn't out repair the damage I was dealing.
