The #Crypto market is bearish in the short term, and the price may approach the $64K barrier, as predicted in my video from yesterday. This is the most likely scenario for Bitcoin to fall, pulling down all other cryptocurrency coins.
We have coming news that will have a significant impact on the financial markets, including CPI statistics and FED interest rates. There is a possibility that the FED rate may rise by 0.25 percent, reaching 5.75 percent.
This is undoubtedly bad news for the market, and it is the primary reason why BTC is declining. Insiders are selling their holdings to protect their positions.
However, the debate may also move in the opposite direction, with interest rates remaining constant. In this position, the market will again rise, testing its all-time high.
Various scenarios are being developed based on the FED news. Anyway, what should you do in such a situation? Should we sell our investments or follow a #HODL strategy?
I believe we need to hold our coins to protect our positions. One thing to share with you is that whales and other huge institutions, including BlackRock, are eager to buy Bitcoin at the lowest possible price.
They want to increase market volatility in order to cause panic and force you to sell your holdings to them. BlackRock and Grayscale are the two large holders of Bitcoin, and they only bought little of it so far.
They want to buy more but want to pay the lowest possible price. I believe we should not sell our assets to them because the market is likely to rise due to the bullish trend.
Surely, BlackRock, Grayscale, and other businesses will start buying in large quantities, pushing the price higher. It is not fair to sell your holdings based on emotion or panic.
#HODLING is the only approach for protecting your holdings. This is the topic on the spot market. I will never encourage future trades.
